We recently completed an important repair and upgrade project on a boiler house pipework system where the original mild steel support brackets had corroded badly and failed.

The pipework had dropped into the concrete trench, becoming partially buried in hardened waste product. Our team first removed the failed brackets and carefully extracted the pipework. The trench was then thoroughly cleared of all debris and waste material.

We designed and fabricated a new heavy-duty stainless steel framework and support brackets in our workshop. These were precisely fitted on site to provide strong, corrosion-resistant support for the future.

All damaged lagging was stripped off and replaced with new insulation, before the pipework was refitted and securely clamped into the new stainless steel system.

This upgrade will significantly extend the life of the installation and prevent future corrosion-related failures in this challenging environment.
