We’ve successfully completed modifications to the suction and discharge pipework on a heavy-duty pump system.
The original rigid pipework was placing unwanted stress on the pump inlets and outlets — a common issue when connecting to plastic pipe systems that can expand, contract, or move under pressure and temperature changes.
Our solution was to fabricate and install stainless steel bellows (flexible expansion joints) on both the inlet and outlet sides. These high-quality bellows absorb vibration, thermal movement, and misalignment, removing stress from the pump body and preventing premature wear or failure.
All new stainless steel pipe sections were precisely welded and fitted on site to ensure a clean, professional, and long-lasting installation.
